Brent and Riya host and speak at First Time
Home Buyer Seminars throughout Southern California several times a
year. "Organizations of all sizes and purposes frequently ask us
to educate them on the process of homeownership," says Riya.
Before making the largest investment of their lives, borrowers should
get educated so the process goes as smoothly as possible, and so that
they don't waste money unnecessarily.
Their First Time Homebuyer workshops, called "Homeownership
4 All" cover topics such as, credit education, costs of
homeownership, steps for applying for a loan, and how to begin searching for a home. Even if you have bad credit and no down
payment, you should still attend if you would like to own a house of
your own. You need to start somewhere, and this is where you can
begin. Get the FACTS so you will be prepared to buy with
confidence when you're ready. Each workshop runs approximately
1.5 hours in duration.
