The buying process.
Buying a home is a very rewarding venture.  However, if you are not prepared and don't understand the process, you may encounter some "speedbumps" along the way.  It's our goal to make sure there are no "speedbumps" or time delays in your home buying process.  We can accomplish this by taking a "hands-on" approach to the situation and also by making sure you are a fully informed consumer and that you know all of your options.

Step 1: Getting Pre-Qualified for a home loan

Before you begin looking at homes, you should know how much home you can purchase based on your current financial situation.  We can make this determination based on your credit, income, and current debts.  With this information in hand, we will be able to tell you the maximum loan amount you would be able to qualify for.

Step 2:  Finding a home

Now that you know the price range of homes that you can afford, you can now begin searching for your dream home!  Feel free to Search for properties ONLINE!  You can now make decisions on how many bedrooms and bathrooms you'd like, as well as the square footage and style of home you prefer!  For a more up-to-date search on properties, call us and we can email or webpost the newest available properties that fit your criteria.  Any homes that you would like to see inside, give us a call and we can open it up for you to view.

Step 3:  Closing your home loan

After you've placed an offer on your home and it's been accepted, it's time to move on to the final stage of the home buying process - the home loan.  This is the time that you will be signing the final closing documents that will officially make the house yours.  Keep in mind that we will be here to walk you through every step of the process.  It's always better when you have us by your side!
